Delfi-C3 is currently operational on 145.870 in BPSK 1200bd telemetry mode. For the current operational mode please refer to the mission operations page at http://www.delfic3.nl/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=93&a...

You can also look at http://oscar.dcarr.org/ and see if others submitted Delfi-C3 (DO-64) as active.
