I updated the files for my copy of Gpredict a short while ago. I have it set up that it gets the TLEs from Celestrak. There's a file for NORAD object 43137 but it doesn't appear that the given name has been revised to AO-92.
I fixed that after a few minutes of editing and added a file for the transponder as well.

It's currently in the tle-new.txt file on CelesTrak. Eventually T. S. Kelso will add it to amateur.txt, likely under the name "FOX-1D (AO-92)."

An alternate TLE source you may consider is n2yo.com. The TLE repository is not advertised, but for those interested, this is the location: http://www.n2yo.com/tle2/ In that foloder the keplerian elements are organzied by categories, 18.txt being 3-line element set for Amateur Radio satellites. The full path is http://www.n2yo.com/tle2/18.txt The list is compiled from different sources, mainly AFSPC, and it is updated on a hourly basis.
