Several seconds after copying ISS image 3/12 at 1808Z, I was surprised to hear RS0ISS Morse ID. I haven’t noticed that before. Is it typical? Or could it be an “end of event” ID?

I think it is from MMSSTV. It has been reported before but I haven't heard it.
