Hello All I am going to "float" an idea and see if it takes hold. Lets designate a small piece of the passband for DX opportunities. If the satellite is 10 degrees or less lets use 145.946-145.950 for footprint edge to edge qso's. There is not a lot of time so timing is critical. If this idea takes hold it would be a lot of fun. Lets kick the idea around and see if it has some consensus. 73 Bob W7LRD Seattle
Hi Bob,
Good idea. From my experience it is also the part of the passband that is pretty "clean" most of the time.
