I can't get any working keps for rs-30 into satpc32, it just crashes after what looks like an iterative calculation that doesn't work.
This is true for the RS-30 keps today at:
http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasabare.txt
and for the YUBILEINY keps (same satellite) just uploaded onto the bb.
I assume that either there is something fundamentally wrong with the keps from whatever source, or that the orbit falls outside that scanned by satpc32.
any thoughts, guys?

Modify the celestrak.sqf file and add the line below http://www.celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/tle-new.txt Save it and go to 'update keps' and klick on that link and chose update. That chose the tle-new.txt in the satelite menu and add the satellites you want.
