hello george- I have 9600 capable radio (FT8800) connected to sound card via buxcomm interface but I dont know if I can use the same interface with the isolation transformers on 9600. Currently wired for 1200. Waiting to hear from buxcomm about 9600 use. Thanks to mineo for posting the telemetry. I like the graphical flow chart version you used the first time. Its refreshing to see some technical information about echo. Thanks mineo!

If you have a radio with discriminator output (9600 baud packet-ready) and a decent soundcard, you have 9600 capability: download the AGW Packet Engine and AGWTerm from www.elcom.gr/sv2agw and you can receive 9600 baud packet from the satellites. Accurate doppler tuning (read: computer-controlled with very accurate clock setting on the computer) is an absolute MUST.

Interfaces with isolation transformers will NOT work at 9600 baud. You must feed the discriminator audio directly to the sound card.
