I wrote the original post. I have captured a waterfall representation of a pass on 3 Nov and 7 Nov. Links to these images follow:

The separation is a little less than 3 kHz.
I also noticed the FM activity and a lot of other stuff on 7 Nov.

I swear I read a post somewhere a few days ago where someone heard an un modulated carrier every 3 khz on FO 29. But I can not locate that post.I experienced that on FO 29 this morning along with very strong FM activity using the same uplink frequency as George WI9I in the Dominican Republic on 145.927.
