Are there any other sites than can be configured into Nova for automatic downloading of keps for at least the amateur satellites???

You can enter a different site on the HTTP tab in the Kep. element download configuration page.
Space-Track appears to be back on its feet again.

If you configured Space-Track with "My Favorites" and Nova set to download only "My Favorites" you will not have encountered any of the recent problems with 0-byte files.
I couldn't understand everyone's problem as my KEPS were updating regularly. I use Space-Track, download with Nova and use the NASA.DAT for WISP32, TrakBox, SATPC32 and for the conversion to a *.PDB for my Palm. I then realized that I had long ago set Nova to only download "My Favorites".
So watch! I may have jinxed this and it will now start failing :-)
