ANDE FCAL (NO-62) altitude is less than 108 miles. Beacon is 437.385MHz and doppler is amazing on an overhead pass.

I am curious how the location of re-entry can be predicted with such accuracy when the time of re-entry is only known within +/- 14 hours?
