Hi John, from what I understand from the old days of using the DOS versions of PB, it first gets a directory listing of files ( each message and binary is a file ) and then you can request a download from that directory listing.
Here is a URL that might assist you.
When GO-32 is working there are always a few test JPG's available to download.

I'm trying to debug the Linux version of PB/PG. Having never used it before. Are there any small files on the satellite that I could get it to attempt to download while attempting to debug it? And I apologies to GO-32 users for the intrusion.
