When I transmit to a satellite I do not hear myself on the downlink. I've read that tuning with the +/- keys in SatPC32 should bring my signal into the downlink. How far off center could these numbers be before I would hear myself?

I am tuning to +/- 3000 or so and hear nothing even on very high passes.

Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated!
