Using SATPC32 with FT817 downlink and ic 9700 uplink.
When I set the uplink to track the downlink it changes and moves up in a few seconds. How do I set and lock it in to track?

You have an IC-9700?
Full Doppler tuning tunes both the uplink and downlink normally. You can change this under the mode tab to just uplink or downlink.

Tell us how you obtained an IC-9700.

The IC-9700 is a full duplex radio why would you need a FT817 on receive? Makes no sense. As was asked before where did get the radio Adrian AA5UK
