I'm curious how these are working out for folks. I have had mine for several weeks but haven't used it yet. Has anyone come up with a source for a good relay to use it on 1296, or a nifty design to switch the amp on and off?

Mine works beautiful!
I would love to test in on AO-51 (HINT). It is hooked up to my TS2000X through a DCW 15-SHF sequencer that I use to switch my 23cm preamp. With 30-31 volts and 5 watts in it is 70 watts out.

I realize AO-51 has not seen anything other than the normal schedule for a while. This has been due to a combination of factors, the chief one being the upcoming full-sun period will likely see extensive Mode S time. More on our plans for this will be forthcoming.
In the meantime, if you have 9k6 receive capability, try accessing the BBS on AO-51 via L band at 1268.700. The BBS is open with this uplink only.
