Hello all and HNY.
There seems to be an Italian repeater inside 2m satellite band (145.850 MHz) :

maybe on air as satellite gateway ?

Looks like an FM repeater 145.250 input 145.850 output nothing to do with sats.
The site says those behind it are i0tvl, iw0dzt with iw0hlx and iw0hrf.
Their email addresses are available from QRZ.com
In the first instance it would be worth emailing them to see if they are aware of the problems the operation of this repeater can course.

It's also linked to a conference room on echolink. Unfortunately this happens when the italian authorities give repeater licences without caring to the bandplans.
It's not the first case, some repeaters are/were working on 145200-145800 in Italy.

Hello and a Happy New Year
A local repeater with an output frequency between 145.800 and 146 MHz violates the IARU 1 band plan. Any years ago a repeater in HB9 on 145.800 MHz had to be moved downwards because of interferences into the satellite band.
There is no discussussion, IR0CK has to be switched off, until a new channel is coordinated by ARI.
