Battery issues, requires full or near full illumination for the entire orbit. Not currently operational over the US. May return.

I believe DO-64 should be added to this list as a 'yes'.
I don't believe SO-67 'needs' to be illuminated. Rather, currently the bird is scheduled so that it is 'on' during sunlight.
