There were 72 satellites on that launch. It will take some time to determine which is which, but it'll be one of the objects with an international designation of 2017-042?? or NORAD ID 42820 - 42896.

Heavens-Above.com now has pass predictions up for the new Russian reflector sat "Mayak," listing it as NORAD ID 2017-042F/42830. http://www.heavens-above.com/PassSummary.aspx?satid=42830 (that's the page but no predictions were actually listed the last time I checked it.)
Plus Mayak has its own app, available to those who back the project. See: http://cosmomayak.com/default#mobileapp

The reflector system of Mayak has not been deployed (yet).
The Mayak team has been remarkably quiet since the launch of the satellite. They have not published any information at all on the status of Mayak after launch. After creating such a crazy media hype, you would expect them to publish further updates on the progress of their project.
If they eventually manage to deploy the reflector, then each of the four sides of that tetrahedral reflector has an area of only 4 square meters, comparable to many large satellites and rocket stages. Although the reflector material is more reflective, you should only expect flares/flashes similar to the famous Iridium flares, maybe slightly brighter.
Note that it is not at all certain that Mayak is object 42830. That was only tentatively suggested on the Heavens Above site. But it has not been confirmed by any other source.
