The DX Cluster has a spot for XF2P saying that the operation was cancelled due to bad weather. Can anyone provide any information about this?

John,
This was on their QRZ page.
Today we have received the information from Harbor Master officer, that all navigation is closed, by bad weather, in Tuxpan, and inclusive in Tamiahua, Veracruz. We are very sorry about that. But, all the team, will be operating from Riachuelos Veracruz, Everyone will going to use his home call. Weather has his own rules. weather never knows. Team's Members

The information is false, the operation was canceled and can not activate XF2P, now the team is working from Riachuelo,Veracruz, operating several HF and satellite with their personal calls. XF2P will not air, if something is in cluster is a pirate.
