I was on XW2D at1401 utc pass and experienced extreme intermittent signals on the downlink ! Every few seconds I could hear myself , then would be cut off in mid sentence. K9VSW was also on but had the same problem. I would hear his signal , then he would be cut off as well. Signal when present was strong but there is a definite problem in the satellite JACK KC7MG
From what I was told the satellite has been put in Meteor Scatter test mode,
ya just have to be quick :-)
