Just bit the bullet and joined AMSAT with the QRO 80 membership. Silly question...
Good afternoon!
I just bit the bullet and joined AMSAT with the QRO 80 membership. I'm delighted to be able to download the Getting Started...guide. It looks like a really tremendous resource.
One of the reasons I chose the membership at that level was the copy of SATPC32 that comes with it. I'm not quite clear on how the software is delivered with the membership. Can anyone tell me whether it's the downloadable version, or if I'll be receiving CD? I'm not seeing how I'm supposed to receive it.
Thank you!

From having talked with the AMSAT office about this same subject this week (for my renewal, splurged for the QRO 80), it will be a physical disk once they fulfill the order. Seems there is an upgrade going on at the moment for the office systems. In the past, once your order was processed you received an email, I am sure that will be happening again.
So as in all things, patience! :)

Thank you Devin,
I'm not complaining. I was just hoping to get an idea of what to expect.

Nick,
I believe you will get a cd. While you wait you can download it from www.dk1tb.de/indexeng.htm
It won’t be fully operational until you get your registration key, which should come from the AMSAT office. It will work but you can’t save your settings until it is registered.
You can run multiple copies on multiple machines.
Welcome to AMSAT.
