
Anybody know if the Keps site has moved, or is simply (and temporarily) down? Gpredict isn't updating it's keps, and I figured out that www.celestrak.com isn't responding to a ping.

Maybe there is a problem. The last keps from ARRL and ORB were defective with some missing names and line feeds. K5HV
