Your computer must have device security so tight that CD autorun files are ignored. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the CD drive and double-click on Setup.exe.

the problem that _i'm_ having with satpc32 is that windows wants me to "log in" as administrator to install the software. its weird because i AM the administrator. i wonder if anyone else has encountered this problem? ben kg4byn

Yes. Right click on the setup program and click "Run as administrator" to install it.
