Henk,
Download and try: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=a7b7a05e-6de6-4d 3a-a423-37bf0912db84
Package installs runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries required to run applications developed with Visual C++ on a computer that does not have Visual C++ 2010 installed.
Good luck!

Who can help me with this?
All of the sudden I cannot start the Sattelite tracking within HRD anymore.
In order to fix this I tried a complete new install (v5.0), but that doesn't help.
- HRD starts & works normally, but;
- when I start the Satellite tracker I get "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error"
ps: OS is Microsoft XP

Maybe the Windows XP system restore can restore the system to moment in time where HRD was still working. I guess, that you installed a program that changed the library's and therefor made HRD not function any longer.
Give it a try?
