I don’t believe the LoTW system has a way to create a satellite name alias. ARISS has always been the LoTW name for the ISS amateur radio systems. Since a QSO has to match satellite names, creating another one would cause serious problems unless the LoTW developers implemented some form of alias to allow ARISS to match with ISS. It’s possible this could be implemented locally in TQSL to allow an ADIF SAT_NAME of ISS to be read as a LoTW satellite name of ARISS at log signing time.
