Hi
I have made a PCB that interfaces Ham Radio Deluxe to the Yaesu ft-736r. I have made two videos that are on youtube:

its pretty simple. i used a PIC 18F14K50 chip. you connect to HRD using the ft-847 command set. the board translates the 847 cmds to 736r commands. i am looking for someone to help testing. it uses a usb port . if you are interested email me:

i have tested it myself and it seems to work well, actually better than i thought. the lack of freq feedback is not that big a problem. if you use it with the HRD sat tracker it works well. but i need someone else to test it and look for problems i cannot see.
