On the first pass over Europe EIRSAT 1 was almost 10 minutes late on that preliminary TLE set and almost 4 minutes early on my TLE set. Let's see if we can find better parameters.
Since this is a classified launch, TLEs may not be published by the usual sources, so we may have to determine those ourselves.
