Are the L-band receiver and S-band transmitter ever powered up on AO-51? I can't find a schedule listing these things.
I apologize if it's a silly question, I'm new to satellite stuff.

The L receiver is currently in use as the BBS uplink. The S band transmitter has not been run in a few months for a couple of different reasons, but we are working on remedying that. A good place to check for current mode information is http://www.amsat.org/amsat-new/echo/CTNews.php .
