We confirm that FUNcube-1 AO73 was returned to autonomous mode at approx 21:40UTC this evening. This means that the spacecraft will transmit high power telemetry when in sunlight.

The next mode change can be expected to occur, exceptionally, on the Thursday 20th November. This will place the spacecraft in continuous transponder mode for a “long weekend” to enable everyone to enjoy the transponder on its birthday.
