From Ariss Update, I see that to get certificate we need to send a large
addressed stamped envelope. How does that work out for operators in Australia (or and other country outside the qsl country list)? Should we instead include IRCs ? (how many) , or local stamps to what value? or what?

Iam also want to send a QSL with envelope 22X28CM, with 2 IRC to ARRL HQ in the web not show how many IRC u must send, next monday I send to post office.
