Because of the low sun activity the satellites are underpowered and it negatively (inversely) affects their transmitters (Low squint angle). The Doppler effect is now increasingly changing randomly especially on frequencies below 12MHz. All the modern radios are getting a hick-up and SatPc32 is complaining the most. Best way is to turn the radio off immediately and hide because it is Halloween.
