I attempted to post an email last night to the bulletin board regarding my rove trip next week, but have not seen it appear on the bulletin board. Why are my emails not getting posted to the board, I am an AMSAT member and I do believe that I am registered on the board.

Last night's BB post appeared without a problem ( http://www.amsat.org/pipermail/amsat-bb/2018-August/069380.html).
By default, Gmail is configured to not show your own post reflected from a mailing list. There is a way to change this behavior, but otherwise you can check the archives to be sure your message is posted.
