Is the LabJack wired directly to the G5500 or is the LabJack wired to the G5500 control box?

I am running win11 and a new rotator Yaesu 5500dc with a lab jack . I can use the manual controls to point the antenna but when I choose a satellite in view and set it active the rotator fails to activities when in click the R button. Plea help with suggestions?
