Windows 8 tablets and SatPC32
Has anyone successfully tested SatPC32 on a Windows 8 tablet? I'm not sure if it's feasible since I'm not familiar with Windows 8's file structure and processor support.

For testing purposes I have a copy of Win8 running on a spare hard drive in my HP Pavilion TX 1000. This is a 3 year old laptop/tablet touch screen computer. I can run programs using the touch screen. I just tested this function with SatPC32. I can do a Keps update, select a satellite, adjust Doppler shift, etc, via the touch screen. So, yes I would think it would run on a Win tablet...

I have been working with Windows 8 since the first beta. SatPC32 has worked without problem on several different Win 8 desktops and laptops. That does mean it will work on ALL Windows 8 devices :-) Since SatPC32 is an x86 program it will not work on Windows RT tablets like the Surface.
