I can confirm that the translator of Chuck works fine ... as HRD does not support the FT-736 this is an excellent work around.

This is interesting. Is anyone able to get to the BatchPC site listed in the document? I get an "Internal Server" error.

I get an error 500, which means a problem on their end. Perhaps try to back up in the URL to their main site and contact their webmaster?
