Heard "Fox 1 Cliff Safemode" very strong (S9+20) on an overhead pass here in CM98. 18:45Z and again at 18:47Z and 18:49Z a minute before predicted LOS. I was using the elements from 2018-099A. Frequency seemed a tad high (maybe a khz) for where gPredict said the satellite was, so either a small offset in the actual frequency, or the satellite was a bit behind predicted.

I've been using the TLE for objet 43760, 2018-099C. It was in the middle of one group, agrees well with the post-launch TLE, and tracked Fox1Cliff very nicely during this morning's pass.
