If anyone has a spare LVB tracker they’d be willing to part with, let me know off the group please. I’m looking to purchase one.
Thanks!

THANK YOU to all who responded regarding my search for the LVB tracker. In an attempt to conserve bandwidth but share information, allow me to share the info that I received all in one email.
I received many replies about alternatives to the LVB. They included the ERC, the LVB kit (no case) from the UK shop, SAT tracker, as well as the Fox Delta ST2. I did receive one reply for an actual LVB tracker but the owner couldn't locate the item that he knew he had. (how frustrating).
In the end, I chose to go with the Fox Delta ST2. It was described as a "true duplicate" to the LVB and it was recommended by several operators. It should be in this week and hopefully I'll have some time to play around with it soon!
In the meantime, I am putting together AZ/EL setup to replace my M2 Egg Beaters! We'll see how well this goes! If anyone needs EM73, I hope to be on the air soon.
If anyone is interested in a set of egg beaters, let me know. I may know a guy who has a pair for sale! I'm willing to ship if needed.
Thanks again!

I went with the Fox Delta a few months ago and am liking it. I got the USB version because the laptop in the shack has no serial port, only USB’s. The only tricky part was figuring out that the driver needed was the CH340 and where to find a free download of it. The Fox Delta documentation didn’t make that clear. During set up, I just used the buttons and display on the unit itself. There’s a document on the Fox Delta site that uses the Windows HyperTerminal capability to do the set up. But Windows 10 no longer has that capability. You’d have to buy it or use a questionable knock-off version. You really don’t need HyperTerminal. The controller is simple enough to set up without it. My controller runs a G5500 directed by SatPC32 on a W10 machine. I also recommend setting the el limit at 90 as does the SatPC32 documentation. My antennas can flip since they’re in the attic and protected from the weather. But I found that they were flipping over on too many passes where it really wasn’t necessary. 73, RayKN2K
