The last two passes over Europe no signal heard from ISS.
09:47 UTC and 11:22 UTC
Too bad, because in the pass from 08:15 UTC I heard George tell about problems with the SSTV signals.
Here is the audio of that pass: http://www.ham.vgnet.nl/?download=RS0ISS-21102008-1015-CEST.mp3
Did someone else hear something above Europe?

I heard that as well - are you sure he was talking about the SSTV?

I heard this as well on the 08.06utc UK pass. I believed he was talking about an uplink to the ISS. He seems to be describing the RX as showing as busy but no resolved content.
Nothing heard on the 09.41 pass but the 11.17 pass showed a couple of brief periods of carrier about 2 minutes from LOS. These were much weaker than normal.

A look at the daily schedule gives some insight.
I suspect he was not hearing the uplink from the planned contact.
