Heard the CW beacon (partial) saying DE 4X4???? Duchifat1)  and the BPSK signal on 145.980 during the pass over India. Does anyone know  when the APRS payload on 145.825 Mhz will be turned ON.

Decoding of the BPSK was tried using Warbler developed by PE4WJ
