There is nothing to 'track'? Just point your dish towards the appropriate geostationary slot, like millions of broadcast viewers do.

In fact you can the beacons of broadcast satellites to help you point your dish.
For instance, Es'Hail 1, BADR-5 and BADR-6 put strong beacons around 11699MHz horizontal polarization.
