FOLKS, YESTERDAY NO COPY FROM ANDE, TODAY NO COPY ALSO, IS IT DOWN? ONE MORE PASS THIS AFTERNOON TO LISTEN FOR. KC8GKF
I heard it this morning, and digipeated a packet through it, during the 1820 UTC pass. Keps were about 2 days old, and it seemed a couple of minutes ahead of predictions.

Its there, but so low, that it is rare to get an overhead pass. Thus it is pretty far away and hard to hear.
I heard it on all passes today, but didn't get full telemetry sets on any of them.

It is up and running.
Many packets and telemetry all day.
