I have windows 8.1 and wonder where in Edmonton there is a store which sells the proper cords?. any help will be appreciated 73 de VE6ITV Scott n
Hi Scott,
I assume you would have tried the appropriate drivers for Win7 / 8 / 8.1 .
I would suggest that you get FTDI chip based USB to Serial converter.

Try Memory Express just off Calgary Trail and 34th Avenue here in Edmonton. That's where I got mine.

I should have been more specific in my earlier message. Look for a Wendy's just across Gateway Boulevard (sometimes still referred to as Calgary Trail North) from Save On Foods, and across 34th Avenue from a car dealership. Memory Express is just to the south of it.
