IARU Region 1 have released edition 6.14 of the free VHF Managers Handbook covering the VHF, UHF and Microwave amateur radio bands.

The handbook has chapters on Band Planning, Contests, Propagation Research, Operating Procedures and Satellites. It even specifies a standard for the use of circular polarization defining which way helical beam antennas should be threaded.
