This is FUN! I have answers from at least three continents so far!

Some are incomplete answers ("I think that is the sister of so-and-so ... ").

A couple entries are missing the inclusion of an approximate DATE that the photo was taken ("I am not sure, Clint, but it was LONG time ago ... (grin) ).
