Can anyone suggest any current UHF downlink 9600 digital birds (other than FS3) to use for testing a station? They must have high inclinations to be visible from Fairbanks, AK.
Thanks,
Jim
skCUBE has a UHF 9600 baud GMSK downlink and is in a polar orbit. There are a few others, but that one immediately comes to mind.
