May have forgotten to add my call sign to a previous message
I may have left my call sign off my previous message about the sat list. I got into trouble with Alan for this once before and have been trying to avoid violating the rule again.

Really? What about people who don't have callsigns, or are SWLs excluded from amsat discussions?

Take a look at the Acceptable Use Policy:

The section on identification required is very short:
"All posts should include the author's first name and call sign, or full name if not currently licensed."
So no, non-hams are not excluded, nor will lightning strike someone who forgets to identify.
