This controller box was sold for $85, but the buyer returned it because it was damaged in transit by USPS. There's a 3/4" scratch on one meter, a dent in the back upper corner, a dent on the underside, and other scratches, see photos at https://photos.app.goo.gl/F32yjta9Wvopy3pEA. It apparently is still in full working condition, at least it powers up and there's voltage on the terminals when the rotate buttons are pressed.
