AO-109 testing continues, please do not use transponder

Hello All,
Just a quick note to assure you that AO-109 testing and characterization 
continues, albeit slowly.  To that end, please do not use the 
transponder as the satellite has not yet been commissioned for use.  Use 
of the transponder (ditting/CW, etc.) complicates our testing.   Thanks 
for your cooperation!
