Joe, As far as I am aware NO-84 is just fine. Its just that it cannot always support having the Digipeater on 24/7 (It depends on battery conditions and amount of time in sunlight). So the digipeater is commanded on as it permits by the control operators. The PSK31 transponder is always on regardless of conditions. Hope to see you on PSK31!
