I think the best source of info on forthcoming DXpeditions is Bernie, W3UR (bernie@dailydx.com). He sells the Daily DX and Weekly DX e-newsletters for a very reasonable price, but there is also a lot of free DXpedition news on his web site (www.dailydx.com).
