According to the status page Bruce Semple shared with us, http://oscar.dcarr.org/index.php it says the TLM-only downlinks have been heard at least for the past few days.
Also, it looks like AO-27 has been OFF when passing over DC today (and longer?) per http://www.ao27.org/ and confirmed by my ears.
We'll keep trying.
FYI, the recent posts have created nice "what did you hear" conversations on the Goddard Amateur Radio Club repeater, WA3NAN/R, in Greenbelt, MD, on 146.835 MHz FM.
Hope to hear more folks on it over the weekend and early next week.
