Perhaps a great venue for an EME DXpedition/Field Demonstration. Perhaps an opportunity for Arecibo to get on, and have small yagis on the Mall in DC demonstrating EME with Arecibo. Perhaps an opportunity for ARRL/AMSAT/EOA/??/EME booth?
